I don't understand why you had to do this when I gave some reasonable reasons why I could not do what you requested.
I am horrified to report that an orphanage housing 200 children aged 0 to 16 was destroyed in the explosion.
You killed the whole of Synavian Parliament, which I had moved to the Parliament Building minutes before.

You killed my wife.

I myself only barely escaped the burning building. After witnessing my wife being disintegrated, I grabbed a knife and stabbed some Baelgarians who were gleefully tossing some C4 onto the conflagration. I inform you with relish that, at the hand of my steak knife, 15 Baelgarians will not be returning to your accursed country. I, Baelgarian-blood stained suit and all, have gone to a bunker for refuge.
For those who scorn my murder, I will say that in a time of crisis, wer'e all just humans.

Obviously it was a satellite, I saw the thing for myself out of my office window. I'm saying that Baelgarians, for sport, were tossing C4 bricks at the wreckage to exacerbate the destruction. Until they met my little friend usually used on Cordon Bleu.

The nuke thing was actually a bluff. I don't have any nukes at the moment, but I will soon if I get my way. Which I usually do. If a nuke is obtained at all, it will only be used as a last resort, if all is lost. Not mentioning where I'll get the thing in the forst place.

I must ask, once more, why did you have to go to such extreme measures? If I survive this, I'm putting up condemning you.

Unfortunately we can't help Synavia directly without starting a war with forty three other Sermoan countries. However, we can still donate supplies to the countries at war.

Moments ago, the Goverment of Hippostania has decided to support Synavia by sending large amounts of small arms, heavy weapons, supplies such as food and water, AA and AT guns, missiles, several fighter and bomber aircraft and large amounts of ammunition for all previously stated weapons free of charge. We hope that Synavia can prevent an invasion using these gifts, and respond to all further foreign aggression with force. We also hope that this will strengthen the relations between our countries.

We will also supply Synavia with uranium for their nuclear power plants.

My god!!! This is more than I ever could have hoped for. I can't thank you enough. I feel like a kid at Christmas, except instead of Power Rangers action figures, it's F-14s. I must ask, however, do the weapons and aircraft bear the Synavian military insignia or the Hipponian one or the Hi-Sy co-op program? Honestly, this is a masterful move on Hippo's part because it certainly has given me a much higher opinion of Hippostania. It's a win-win. I like those.

From my point of view, this does not mean as much as it seems to, as the Baelgarian government seems a bit touchy. I mean, apparently I "forced" Baelgaria to send an incendiary bomb right into the middle of Myasterith, the capital city, even though I did nothing of the sort. I bet that their idea of "prompting us to do so" means eating a saltine cracker too fast or something.
Speaking of the attack, a conclusive death toll has been put together. All of the 200 Parliament members died, plus 56 others in the building, plus 237 children from the orphanage that also got blown up. That makes 493 dead overall. For no reason. Once more, why have you done this? And why are you so reluctant to provide compensation for the 493 dead plus the several destroyed buildings? I feel war is at hand, even though I wish it were not so.
