Argulor as a nation is willing to house any citizens of the nations involved in the Baelgarian war, to make sure that innocents are not injured. Just ask and we shall house. We have the right to refuse any citizen if there isn't enough space, or we feel if they will disturb the peace.

Kyzl, too, will gladly welcome to any citizens of Hippostania, Baelgaria, or any other neutral country affected by the war. It is not feasible for Synavian citizens to travel to Kyzl, however we will still accept them in that unlikely event.

Ocasus won't. Theres enough space down there.

Not for me. Please consider housing at least some of my citizens for a while.
