State of New Synavia: 7/31/11

I would like to provide an update relating to recent developments in New Synavia. Too much has happened for me to put in separate topics.
-Synavia has canceled import of the F-22 122 units early. They were more trouble than they were worth. Unfortunately, this has put New Synavia on bad terms with Boeing and it is likely that Boeing will cancel the government-run airline SynaviAir's pre-order for the 787 Dreamliner.
-New Synavia is proud to be the region's first - and only- technocracy! *insert applause here* Luckily, I have been able to retain my Presidency for obscure reasons that I'm not completely sure of myself.
-Oh, and it's not President any more. It's Primary Administrative Technocrat. Fancy, eh?
I may add more later. For now, stay tuned!

Technocrat isn't a title.
Technocracy is a government.
Might I ask how your nation suddenly became a technocracy when its leaders are so uneducated?
