Argulor Declares War on Synavia.

The Argulor Government is officially sending a declaration of war to Synavia. We believe that the Synavian leader is both insane, and much to warlike. Him being alive has already, and could further, bring nations into wars. Argulor believes that the attack on Ocasus peacekeeper personal was known to the leader of Synavia, even though he says otherwise. We believe this because of past happenings and Baelgarian evidence. Argulor will take in any refugees from any nation currently in a war.
We have one thing to say to President Adams.
We will not stop until you are dead.

Yes! Thank you, Machiniosa! Argulor must be insane themselves to say this. There is no evidence that it was with my orders. (Plus I've never lied, have I?) And I'm not stupid enough to directly engage Ocasus in war. But apparently Cordonis is.
Plus it's stupid to declare war on a country left with no military whatsoever.

Just five minutes ago, a man wearing a shirt bearing the Argulorian flag attempted to shoot me as I stepped outside the bunker for a minute for some fresh air! Seriously?
(Bunkers get incredibly stuffy, in case you haven't been in one.)

That entire thing was out of my control. There was a breakdown of the legal system. I wasn't really president anymore for a while. Everything's under control now.

A formal declaration of war, even if it isn't acted upon instantly, will do something.
