As a precautionary measure, elements of the Regional Air Force, ranging from strategic recon assets too gunships escorted by SEAD elements have been deployed upon overwatch across the remains of the Synavian nation. Then I must say no to your "offer" of merging 2 countries that absolutely hate each other into one province,. Especially without consulting a single other nation in Sermo on something as important as this.
This is purely an imperialistic annexation of two countries, pretending to be a gift.

Given the clearly Imperialistic and self-serving actions of the Hippostanians, the Triumvirate must withdraw their permissions to travel through the multi-nation Northern Threat Reduction Initiative. All Hippostanian flights, including those civilian flights heading too Synavia or Cordonis have been suspended. Any military flights that try to transit the area and fail to respond to defensive forces will be shot down.

To handle with the increased situation presented by the Hippostanian interdiction, the ARAF will deploy a further garrison contingent to ensure the safety of the NTRI and those Northern Countries affected by the Hippostanian actions. In addition, Regional Army contingents will be deployed to strengthen the SAM network.

The Hippostanian government does not have authority to simply ignite a brush war that might rage for decades merely because they wish for further living room.

The P.R.S.R requests permission to enter Synavia with a few troops in order to maintain peace and prevent the country from falling into anarchy.

We are outraged! You have no right to ban our flights through the NTRI! We will continue to deploy troops and equipment in the Northern Territories, even if it requires a longer flight.

We are also ready to negotiate. As Cordonis and Synavia are quite large countries, it makes no sense to unite them as a one large province. Even though the area would be technically called ''Northern Territories'', it would administred as four different, semi-autonomous provinces. These provinces would be, from west to east: Northern Mountains, Central, Eastern and Forest District.

The NTRI is far closer to both of the countries. If this is truly a peacekeeping operation, you should let them do it, not you.
