I disagree with all of you. Either it should take place in Synavia, Ocasus, or just go to the Sermo Senate. I think the last is the simplest and most fair. However, I will not put it up on the Senate unless everybody unanimously agrees.

I will not, I repeat not, release Anagazin if the decision is to try him in Hippostania or Frenzland. It's a matter of fairness.

Thus, it should go to Ocasus.

I'm not sure about having other nations vote about what happens to a Frenzland citizen.
For some nations, clearly, it's none of their business.

This should be done by trial, not by vote, and it shall be done fairly in an Ocasus court.

Hm, it seems to me that you guys need reminding that since Synavia is holding Anagazin, we have the power in the situation to decide to release him or not. Not to imply that we will not release him, just saying that we have toe power to do so if we wish.

Why would you have any reason to do so? He is not a Sylvanian citizen. We are merely discussing the court proceedings, not conspiring to have him executed.

We seek to exercise his right to fair trial by his peers.

Having the trial in Ocasus is the ONLY FAIR WAY. I will have it done in Ocasus.

The Jury will be Frenzlandian citizens, and they will be chosen by Ocasus.
They will not be "his assassin buddies".

I would like the trial to occur in Frenzland, purely on moral ground - A man has a right to face trial in his own country, being judged by his own people.
We will allow a third-party Judge, and we have already made a deal that Hippostania will provide a prosecutor, and us a defense attorney.
If you look over our proposal earlier in the thread I believe you will find it acceptable.
