Hippostanian Navy ship sunk by three torpedoes

Three hours ago, HNS Margaret Thatcher, Arleigh Burke-class destroyer on a regular patrol off the coast of Hippostania sank under mysterious circumstances. It is believed that three torpedoes of unknown origin hit the starboard side of the ship, causing the ship to capsize and go under; all this happened in less than 10 minutes. Fortunately most of the seamen managed to evacuate the ship before it sank.
Of the 303 seamen onboard the ship at the time of the incident, 223 have been rescued by other Hippostanian Navy and Hippostanian Coast Guard vessels. Unfortunately, it is believed that at least 60 seamen have been killed.
Hippostanian goverment is launching a full investigation to determine the cause of the sinking; it is not even yet 100% sure if it was a torpedo that struck the HNS Margaret Thatcher. At the moment, this theory is the plausible explanation until more evidence is found. Several seamen reported that they heard three explosions, with a few seconds between each explosions coming from the starboard engineroom of the ship. After that, the ship slowly capsized.
Weather conditions at the time of the incident were bad, with heavy fog and rain and visibility of less than 1 kilometer.

Besides, why would I want to sink a state-of-the-art new frigate? HNS Margaret Thatcher was one of my personal favorite ships in the Hippostanian Navy.

And where have you recieved this information? By spying? I'd say that's not legal at all.

You were the one to publish the current standings of the upcoming elections, and the P.R.S.R has supporters among your socialists that we maintain contact with.
