Anti-Hippostanian Violence Grows in Hipponian Serenia

After the recent agreement between the governments of Kyzl and Hippostania creating a autonomous state called Hipponian Serenia in Kyzl's industrious Northwest region, the more lax immigration laws have created problems. Hippostanians now control the majority of the population of Serenia, leading to tensions between the Hippostanians and the native population. After recent events, involving the murder of a police officer born in Kyzl at the hands of a Hippostanian, the native population has taken up arms against the immigrants.

In one particularly bad incident, a bombing of a Hippostanian immigration office in Serenia by a Kyzl paramilitary organization, a total of 36 people killed, 12 wounded and 7 missing have been counted. In another incident, a doctor who recently migrated to Kyzl was found hanged by a lamppost near the Hippostanian border.

The group responsible for these incidents has not named itself, yet it is believed to be the Kyzl Liberation Front, or KLF, an ultra-nationalist group who have been known to be incredibly jingoistic and violent. The government of Kyzl is doing its best to limit and stop the violence in Serenia, as seen by the deployment of 2 of Kyzl's best COIN Divisions to the autonomous state of Hipponian Serenia as well as increased funding to the Serenian police and militia.

While Frenzland officially condemns any violence against civilians, we support the idea of the Kyzl borders being returned to their original state.
The anger of the citizens residing there clearly shows that they wish to live in Kyzl, and Kyzl alone once more.

You do know that the Kyzlian borders were not changed? Hippostanians simply got their own autonomous province
And if the majority of the population of Hipponian Serenia is now Hippostanian, the Hippostanian Parliament sees no reason why it shouldn't be annexed by Hippostania. Hopefully by diplomatically but militarily is also an option.

Hippostania, do remember that we are allies and that any military actions against Kyzl will turn the region against you. Also, I call a modern example against your thoughts of annexation. The number of Hispanics/Latinos in the South-western United States outnumber the amount of Caucasians in the region, but that does not mean that Mexico can annex the territory.

Furthermore, to show that we are indeed doing our best to stop this violence, we are inviting generals and officers from the Hippostanian military to assist in operations in the theater. We will also allow Hippostania to deploy troops to the region, however they will have to abide to the Kyzl Military ROE and other doctrines and cooperate with our own forces on the ground.

Also to clear things up, Hipponian Serenia is an autonomous state inside North-western Kyzl. It is still under Kyzlian control but it has its own government, which reports to the Politburo in Cherkasy.

Yesterday afternoon, a force comprised of soldiers from the Kyzl Marine Corp and the Army assaulted a compound approximately 57 kilometers from the Hippostanian border in Hipponian Serenia. The compound belonged to one of the leaders of the KLF and several members. Inside the compound were military materiel, vehicles and documents. The documents have officially linked the KLF to the murders in Hipponian Serenia, and have raised concerns that they were responsible for the Waverley Metro bombing as well.

The weapons inside the compound were mainly of Jeniferian origin, believed to have been taken during and after the decline of the Jeniferian Empire. Some were of Russian and Kyzlian origin which is understandable. However, the most concerning point is that rougly a quarter of the materiel seized was of Synavian manufacturing. Either Synavia has supplied terrorist organizations, or, the more likely case, Cordonis has been selling stolen Synavian equipment to subversive elements around the region.

I find that understandable, since Synavia has a very large industry in arms and explosives manufacturing, mainly manufactured under ArmCorp, Talon Industries, and Synavia Tactical Manufacturing (STM), which is government-owned. I would suspect that the majority of the equipment is STM, because it has the regrettable habit of selling its equipment on a no-questions-asked basis. Please confirm or deny.
