Operation Destiny April - Integration and Redevelopment of Praecursor and Feriron for peace

Hippostanian goverment is currently starting its own peacekeeping mission in the republics of Praecursor and Feriron. Just a few days ago, the goverments of these countries emptied the entire state treasury to their offshore bank accounts and left the countries on their private jets. With the infastructure crumbling and chaos on the streets, Hippostanian Armed Forces will start the peacekeeping operation ''Destiny April''.
The first part of the operation will involve helping the civilians struggling in these countries by giving them aid including food, water, clothing, temporary; and later permanent shelter. We need to move in fast before more civilian casualties occur due to the riots and lack of food and water.
The second part of the operation is the more difficult part. It involves the redevelopment of the imploded economies of these countries. At the moment it is not our primary concern, and hasn't been fully planned yet.

Operation Destiny April will commence at April 1st 2011. Hippostanian Armed Forces will enter the countries to prevent a full-scale civil war and to help the civilians who are starving. We also want to remind you that this is not a land-grab or an annexation. We are there to help.

Baelgaria would like to call for international supervision of this action. Hippostania has a history of land greed.

The goverment of Hippostania has decided that continuing the operation in two countries is going to be too difficult and expensive during this financial crisis.. It has been decided that Hippostania will withdraw its troops from Praecursor and continue the operation in newly-annexed Feriron.
