The divide of Jeniferia.

Well, go on, being a northern nation, I really shouldn't say much in this matter. I can only approve of it.

I want an agreement formed between the midland nations as to how Jeniferia will be divided. Please make a map edit that we can all agree on and I shall implement it.

Each country bordering Jeniferia should get a piece of land by the way, regardless of how tiny.

I propose we set a minimum for the land a country should receive in order to make it fairer for weaker countries to gain something.

If we are going to divvy the booty like this, I think that larger countries should get little to nothing. Smaller, weaker countries will need it more, and are likely to be more trustworthy in their use of it.

I still believe that it should be declared an independant state, and left to itself. Maybe the Jeniferian people don't WANT to be invaded and absorbed by some nation's corporate machine?

Here's the initial option, with an attempt made to ensure that not only do the nations bordering Jeniferia recieve their land as is due, but also that some form of reconstructive efforts are provided to those whom participated within the conflict.

Land has been provided too Cypronor, Soalma, Baelgaria, Eschbeen and Deltaniana as their geographical position allots them. For their role in the Jeniferian Conflict, a section of land has been set aside for the Telekartian nation, the Hippostanian nation was considered, but the Condemnation of the Security council ruled them out.

In addition to this, a central area was set aside for the reconstructive efforts to be based from, this has been assigned upon this initial assessment to Avinistratus, as while we played a part in the removal of the Majestic 12, we are willing to - and have measures in place - expand the aid efforts via the use of the planned Lake Trading Network.

This would allow us to improve upon what was already undertaken with Operation Gladius, as the Strategic Airlift capability provided by the Ekranoplanes operated by our forces would allow for the safe and swift deployment of everything ranging from medical supplies, to food and reconstruction equipment.

The Board of Directors wishes this situation to be solved as quickly as possible, so that Sekkisi may begin radiation scrubbing efforts.

We propose this:

All of the surrounding nations are granted land, regardless of war allegiances. The grey area in the middle could be a new Jeniferian state? Or a coordination area for rebuilding? Or maybe a regional nuetral zone where diplomacy can take place? If not then, it could be divided into the surrounding countires as shown.
You may see this as Biased, seeing as we are a country who will receive land. But we beleive our portion of land is small compared to the surrounding countries.

That gives no land to Cyprocor, who, as you should remember, were severely damaged by the war.

Cyprocar has little border on Jeniferia. And it was NOT Jeniferia who case their destruction.

However, the war on jeniferia caused them severe damage, however indirectly.

If we really are dividing Jeniferia like this, they deserve the land more than any other neighbouring nation, really.

In which case the land can be assigned to that slot, however it also means they shouldn't necessarily recieve a needlessly high quantity of land.

And I'm sorry to restate my proposal, but I'm curious as to what the problems for it would be, as the only opposition I've seen was a question wondering why Telekarta recieved land. The answer to which is to facilitate and encourage the reconstruction and aid operations within the area, countries tend to look after their populations after all.

I am curious though, as to why it is assumed that the countries around the area whom are assigned land - which is understandable due to their positioning - should necessarily be the best ones to continue with the aid operation, when the majority haven't even taken a single viewpoint upon this issue, as the one which has seems to wish for themselves to earn the majority of the land. This can be confirmed by their annexation plans with the Hippostanian government, one that was subsequently punished for attempting to carry out those plans.

Perhaps we should create a neutral zone from Jeniferia where all may create businesses and trade openly with one another. If this does indeed happen, Nulendbund claims all the land that can raise cattle and has uranium deposits!

I agree with the first, but clearly all land would be free for all nations to use equally, so that all the benefits don't go to one person while everyone else is forced to use some random field in the middle of nowhere.

It would be wise to also use part of the land to form a neutral city state in which the senate could be located.

An excellent idea, we could build up a whole area, with seperate areas for the senators' living quarters, as well as any other people who wish to live in a wholly neutral country.
