Hi please make sure you go into your user settings and set all your settings accurately.

Here are the guidelines as to what they should be.

Location: Your Capital City, Your Nation (Aura, Ocasus)
Jobs/hobbies: Your official title. (Prime Minister of Ocasus)

Your avatar should be your nation's flag. Please and thank you.
