The people of the sovereign are dying from dehydration as we speak. Combined with an intense heat, a drought worse than anyone has sighted in over 100 years has arosen. Without water, our citizens will die and our production of both national essentials and exports will stop. The consequences will be a ruined economy and large-scale population stagnation which will result in the end of our great republic. P.R.S.R is now calling out to its neighbours for humanitarian aid and are ready to pay for large industrial water transports.

In an attempt to contribute to the general goodwill of humanity, form decent connections, and apologize for undue harsh words, Synavia is granting the PRSR free access to all water stored in the Synavia River Dam Resovoir, beginning sometime this week, after terms are negotiated. However, this cannot create any hardship for Synavian citizens.

Hippostania is ready to provide PRSR with free water if PRSR abandons its undemocratic commie ideals and becomes a parliamentary republic.

Heliostania would be willing to offer support at any other time, however, we are already suffering from similar water shortages and so are unable to assist at present.

Sovereign Leader Soros personally thanks Synavia on the behalf of his people and hopes that the rest of Sermo are equally generous.

A decentralisation process involving the abolition of all institutional hierarchies will be initiated in a couple of years, but in the present situation martial law cannot be lifted. It would endanger the position of the proletariat.

P.R.S.R acknowledges, and appreciates the thought.

No, not really. Our nation enforces vegetarianism and in a situation like this we cannot waste any resources. Not even a ham.

Well. That's a mystery, then.
