Get Rid of the shoutbox?

The shoutbox is currently broken, was spammed by bots and impostors before and was just awful, I say we remove it. We DO have Steam chat for quick communication you know.

Plus I find it pointless since I'm only going to use it for the chat - no games are going to run on my computer. I won't install it.

And what do you mean your computer barely meets the requirements, you pretty much need those resources to open the web browser.

If your computer can't run Steam, you really need a new computer. Seriously, you could get a decent laptop for 200 dollars. They're not that expensive.
